SeminarsProcess Com® Seminar The Process Communication Model® is taught in a way to give participants immediate use of the model when they leave the seminar. Every teacher will use his own experiences and skills to teach the material ; however, the emphasis will always be on the practical applications. It means that, on top of learning about one’s own Personality Profile, the concepts de Communication, Active Listening, Respect of Differences, Keys of motivation and stress Management are taught through a number of exercises and case studies. The Process Com seminars teach participants to develop positive communication strategies, to find the right way of speaking to be heard and to manage difficult conflicting situations. Participants contribute to the success of the training by bringing their own examples, their observations and the communication successes and failures. Certified Process Com® Trainers mix theory, personal examples, exercises and case studies to reinforce that learning’s of the participants.
