ICF CCE CREDITS FOR PCM COACHING TRAINING
Coaching professionals attending the Process Communication Coaching Training and Certification training program may earn Continuing Coach Education (CCE) credits that may apply toward the requirements of achieving the ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Professional Certified Coach (PCC), and Master Certified Coach (MCC) credentials.
The International Coach Federation (ICF) has approved our Certification Program for 22.25 Continuing Coaching Education (CCE) units.
This series of modules is specifically for qualified coaches to add an extra tool to their ‘kit’. It offers a three day introduction to the Process Communication model, three days of application training including understanding the profile and how to apply it in the coaching process; followed by case work supervision using three PCM profiles and finally a certification examination. Together this is recognised by the ICF for the award of CCE 11.50 units of core competences and 10.75 units of other skills and tools.

Trainer Tips Training
The "Advanced" Trainings are divided in two parts:
1) a commun section to cover new topics and a deepening of the model
2) Separation in three sub-groups led by specialized trainers on the following themes:
a. Coaching : training and workshops on the use of the PCM model in coaching
b. Recruiting : training and workshops on the use of the PCM model in Recruiting
c. Trainer Tips : training and workshops on the facilitation of trainings using the model
Options a and b can be followed by a certification process according to the conditions specified in Fiches 8 ou 9 (see pdf downloads)
The three options are valid for those on-the-way to the Train-the-Trainer Certification.

3 Day seminar on the Organizational Theory of Eric Berne (in French)
This Training is offered in collaboration with ICO of Luxembourg. It s designed to give diagnostic tools to Managers, Coaches, Trainers and Consultant to identify issues and define solutions in dysfunctional organizations.
This training can be given in English upon request, provided enough participants sign up.
