Certification

As of today, Kahler Communication Belgium offers four different certification Processes:

  1. The « Train-the-Trainer » Training and certification

  2. The « Process Com® » Coaching Training and Agreement

  3. NEW IN 2009 : The « Process Com® » Recruiter Training and Agreement

  4. NEW IN 2009 : The « Process Com® » Team Coaching Training and Agreement

1. The « Train-the-Trainer » Training and certification (14 days)

Ce processus est ouvert à tout qui souhaite enseigner le modèle Process Com® (pas de pré-requis)

The program includes:

  • Module 1: 3 days Process Communication Management Seminar - the Basics (1)
  • Module 2: 2 days Advanced Seminar (2)
  • Module 3: 6 days of the "Train-the-Trainer" Training + 3 days of Certification

((1) The base seminar is part of the training, even if a similar training was done in the past.
(2) Module 2 is common for the trainings leading to eh Coaching or Recruiting Agreements. The Agreement Day (part of Module 2) is optional for the Candidate Trainers

2. The « Process Com® » Coaching Training and Agreement (6 days)

This training is open to all professional coach who has previous coaching training and is a member of a coach’s network. It allows authorized coaches to use PPI’s for their individual coaching

The program includes:

  • Module 1: 3 days Process Communication Management Seminar - the Basics (1)
  • Module 2: 2 days Advanced Seminar (2)

The Agreement Day includes a Knowledge Test and several Case studies. The final Agreement is received after three individual coaching with a PPI followed by supervision by a certified trainer authorized by KCB.

(1)The base seminar is part of the training, even if a similar training was done in the past.
(2) Module 2 is common for the trainings leading to eh Coaching or Recruiting Agreements. The Agreement Day (part of Module 2) is optional for the Candidate Trainers

3. The « Process Com® » Recruiter Training and Agreement (6 days)

This training is open to all professional recruiter who has previous Recruiter’s training and is presently working in the area. It enables the authorized recruiter to use PPI fro internal and external recruitments.

The program includes:

  • Module 1: 3 days Process Communication Management Seminar - the Basics (1)
  • Module 2: 2 days Advanced Seminar (2)

The Agreement Day includes a Knowledge Test and several Case studies. The final Agreement is received after three individual recruitments with a PPI followed by supervision by a certified trainer authorized by KCB.

4. The « Process Com® » Team Coaching Training and Agreement (3 days)

Pre-requisite : open to Authorized Process Com® Coaches. This Agreement allows the authorized coach to use PPI’s with members of a team he is coaching.

The program includes:

  • Module 4: 3 days Specific Training for Team Coaching.

The final Agreement is received after three individual recruitments with a PPI followed by supervision by a certified trainer authorized by KCB. The final Agreement is received after coaching a team with the use of at least three PPI’s, followed by three supervision (by a certified trainer authorized by KCB) during the coaching and the writing of an article that relates Team Coaching and Process Communication.
